Return policies 

Thank you for shopping at Relaxora.com! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our return policy.

1. Terms for Return

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as it was received: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

2. Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order products unless there are defects or errors in production.

  • Products on special offer are not eligible for return unless there is a factory defect.

3. How to Make a Return

  • To begin the return process, please contact us at the email address info@relaxora.it by providing the order number and reason for return.

  • We will send you detailed instructions on how to ship the item back.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, factory defect, etc.).

  • In case of returns for defective products or errors in the order, Relaxora.co.uk will cover the shipping costs.

5. Refund

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email notification to confirm that we have received the item.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Note: It may take a few days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your banking institution's processing time.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@relaxora.it with a description of the problem and, if possible, attaching photos of the defect. We will work to resolve the situation with a replacement or a full refund.

7. Product Change

  • If you wish to exchange the product you received for another, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. We do not currently offer direct exchange service.

8. Non-Returned Items

  • In the event that the returned product does not meet the return eligibility criteria (e.g., signs of use, unreported damage), we will not be able to accept the return or make a refund.
